EXCHANGE Policies
Belts:
We will accept belt exchanges if in new and unused condition when accompanied by the original invoice for a period of 30 days. Authorization must be obtained prior to exchanging any item. To receive an exchange authorization, contact us using the email address below. Please include your invoice number in the body of the e-mail. We do not accept returns for belts, belts can only be exchanged for belts of another size.
Belts must be returned to us in new and unused condition. Belts that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If belts are not returned in new and unused condition the belt will be returned to you and no exchange processed. We reserve the right to refuse exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
Return postage for any exchange will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will provide complimentary shipment of your replacement item back to you (one-time domestic shipments only).
Holster Attachments (Foam/Pillows/Pathces) / Elastic Pouches/Carriers / Accessories:
For sanitary, hygiene, and safety purposes we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for holsters, holster attachments (foam, patches and pillow products) and elastic pouches/products for any reason. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges on ancillary items such as loop, fill, buckles et.al.
SPECIAL NOTES TO ENSURE AN EASY EXCHANGE
Your exchange must be received back to us for processing in no more than 14 days after your exchange request has been approved.
When exchanging a belt the belt MUST be packed in the same manner and condition as it was sent. Belts that have creases, sets, twists, or are otherwise no longer salable due to improper packing are NOT eligible for exchange and will be shipped back to you and not exchange processed.
