We are a two-man operation, and we make every item one at a time by hand, we do not have employees, robots, or the like. We take pride in making gear from US materials from the webbing in our belts, to the fabric in our pillows, the thread they are sewn together with, and even the bubble mailer we ship your order in, it is all made in America. We thank everyone for the interest in our gear, the continued support, and your recommendation to others. We have been fortunate to have great customers that help spread the word about our gear, and we appreciate it very much. We also thank everyone for their patience in getting items re-stocked and shipping lead time extensions during times of high order volume.
Info to help make your shopping experience as easy as possible and some things to know about our policies and procedures:
Once placed orders cannot be modified even if they have not been shipped.
We DO NOT accept returns so please be sure of what you are ordering before you do so.
We ship to the address you provide at checkout so if it is wrong, you will not get your order. Please make sure your address is correctly formatted and current. Please make sure digital wallets, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods that save and auto fill your shipping information are up to date.
We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders so please take care to place an order that contains all the gear you want.
If you have received an automated email with shipping details and tracking info your order is on its way to you so, please do not ask us where it is.
If the ORDER LEAD TIME UPDATE banner is active at the top of our site, we are experiencing a high volume of order, if you click it, there will be info on handling times.
If an item is out of stock, please do not ask us when it will be back in stock as there are not specific dates when things get re-stocked. We will re-stock items as soon as we possibly can (either when we have time to make more or if we happen to be waiting on materials) either way if you sign up for re-stock notification in the product listing you will get an email as soon as an item is back.
We do not have coupon codes or promo codes.
