GENREAL SHIPPING INFORMATION


We offer flat rate shipping on all US orders. Most orders are shipped via USPS in 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. We ship orders each business day; It can take MORE THAN 24 BUSINESS hours for tracking information to become live and updated.

In the event the “Order Lead Time Update (Click for Info) banner is active on our site it means that we are experiencing an extremely high order volume and this 1-3 BUSINESS DAY handling time is temporarily suspended. Additional information will be available by clicking the banner.

Please Note If your tracking indicates that your parcel is DELAYED, ARRIVING LATE, OR IN TRANSIT TO NEXT FACILITY OR LOCATION your parcel is still on its way and there is nothing to be done.

 General Notes:

We CANNOT modify or cancel orders once placed (this includes shipping addresses). We CANNOT combine shipping on multiple orders.


MISSING PARCEL:

If tracking indicates your parcel was delivered unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do on our end either with a parcel trace or an insurance claim because it was scanned and marked as delivered (USPS rules/policy).

The best thing to do is to contact your local post office IMMEDIATELY with the tracking number and your info and have them begin a local investigation and see if they can determine which carrier was responsible for the delivery and see if there is any way that it was mis-marked or delivered to the wrong address.

They will best be able to determine where your parcel is and how best to assist you at this point. In our experience it is often a mis-delivery to a neighbor or nearby residence, a mail carrier leaving a parcel in an odd location, or it being crammed all the way in the back of a mailbox obscured from easy view.

 


CIRCUITOUS TRACKING UPDATES:

Sometimes a mail piece can enter the incorrect mail stream and be sent in a strange route around the country oftentimes many hundreds or thousands of miles further than your original shipping destination. These parcels typically resolve themselves with a delayed delivery.

 


ALERT/PROCESSION EXCEPTION:

This is also something that happens. It can be because a label was damaged, the parcel entered the incorrect mail stream, or some other common issues, the alert will likely resolve and the tracking will be updated indicating the parcel is still on the way, likely with a delay or some other notation. There is nothing to worry about and nothing that can be done at this point. If the tracking is updated with LOSS or DAMAGED, then we can take action with the Post Office to remedy the situation. Unless that happens, we are confident your package will get back on track and be delivered without further issues. 


RETURN TO SENDER:

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all shipping information is correctly entered during the checkout process. We are not responsible for parcels that are un-deliverable due to improper shipping addresses (tracking may indicate the following: Return to Sender/ Non-Deliverable and/or No Such Address Exists/ No-Forwarding). It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact us regarding parcels that have tracking status indicating such. We will not reach out to you and we are not responsible for your parcel.

We are happy to re-ship your item once it is delivered back to us; you will need to contact us below to make arrangements for re-shipment. We do NOT cover postage costs for re-shipment of un-deliverable parcels. If re-shipment is not paid for your item will be held for a period of 30 days after which it will be destroyed, and no refund given.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For retail orders we ship via USPS International. Once your order has shipped you will receive a USPS International Tracking number, however depending on the destination country tracking may not update once the parcel leaves US Customs or is processes through customs at the receiving country. We are NOT responsible for the order once it has been processed through US Customs. It is the sole responsibility of the importer to coordinate with local customs and carriers if required to finalize delivery.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs, Import Fees, VAT, etc., are the sole responsibility of the importer.

International orders from the US to Europe and Asia are taking approximately 8 weeks to be delivered once being processed through US Customs. Other international locations may experience LONGER delivery/transit times and/or customs delays in destination country.

 

Please reference the tracking information that was sent with your shipment notification email. If the tracking indicates that the parcel has been delayed, is arriving late, or is in transit (even if there has been no additional tracking update for multiple days or weeks) then your order is still on its way. We do our best to process orders in 1-3 business days however once they are tendered to the shipping carrier, we have no control over how long the carrier will take to deliver your order.

Please do not contact us asking where your order is if your tracking indicates that the item is on its way. It will likely take 8 or more WEEKS to receive your order.
